This downloadable PDF includes the pattern and full photographic instructions for sewing your own half scale female mannequin head and arms. They are designed to work with the small half scale female mannequin pattern, but will still work with others (the head fit’s onto a 6 1/2” neck).

The arm pattern includes the options to make it with or without a hand, and either just stuffed or with a wire skeleton so it may be bent at the elbow to multiple positions. They are removable, and simply pin onto the mannequin body when required.

Mannequin Measurements:

Arm Length 11” (28cm), Upper Arm 5¼” (13.3cm), Wrist 3¼” (8.2cm), Around Head 11½” (29cm)

Full Size Equivalent:

Arm Length 22” (56cm), Upper Arm 10½” (26.6cm), Wrist 6½” (16.4cm), Around Head 23” (58.5cm)

Arm Fabric Requirements:

• Fabric - 0.4m x 55cm

• Approx. 2mm thick Cardboard – Small Piece

• Wadding/Poly-Fil/fabric scraps – Approx. 10g per arm

• Wire (optional) – 56cm x about 1.5mm per arm

• Wooden kebab skewer or similar (optional)

Head Fabric Requirements:

• Fabric – 35cm x 30cm

• Wadding/Poly-Fil/fabric scraps – Approx. 40g

• Cotton Tape or Ribbon – 20cm

• Optional: Very small piece of Approx. 2mm thick Cardboard

This pattern can be printed on both A4 and Letter size paper.
